The XLS Premier League is a U.S. Division 1 professional women’s soccer league. The XLS Premier League has committed to FIFA/CONCACAF and U.S. Soccer’s Division One standards, reflecting its collective vision to be the global leader in women’s soccer by providing maximum city play opportunities for more women in more communities. XLS Premier League is unique in U.S. women's pro soccer league in that it features Promotion & Relegation from within XLS Division 1, 2 and 3 ranks that culminates in special cup events within its soccer pyramid. Our Division 1 format will be filed officially in September 2024 with Exhibition Matches with friendlies beginning in March, 2025 and our Full Season running March through November across 20 U.S. Cities.

The XLS will host its Premier League teams in the following 20 U.S. Cities: Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Denver, Detroit, Hollywood, Indianapolis, Jersey City, Las Vegas, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, New York/Queens, Omaha, Palm Beach, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Santa Monica and St. Louis.

The XLS Premier League will start playing on the same game calendar as the other Division 1 teams, with friendly exhibition matches in December and then start its full match play season in March through November on the U.S. calendar. This calendar start prioritizes the fan experience, allows for amazing on-field competition, and ensures that its players are easily able to represent both club and country, facilitating the XLS Premier League's participation in the emerging global women’s transfer market which is also a component of its promotion and relegation structure/pyramid.

The XLS Premier League strives to have a measurable impact on the U.S. soccer scene, leading creative campaigns to get more women athletes playing pro soccer across the nation and audiences more involved through promotion and relegation matches. XLS is committed to the highest standards of environmental, social and corporate governance throughout its organization and its sports partnerships.

XLS Premier League is looking to actively reduce the sport's ecological footprint by using a minimum of 50% sustainable raw materials in its football/soccer kits, balls and shoes. You will also find that our Merchandise (coming soon) is also comprised of similarly sustainable materials.
